This therapy requires you to have a certain amount of curiosity about your inner world. Sometimes it can feel like a lot of hard work, for both the patient and the therapist. It is a collaborative effort and if you are prepared to put in the effort, to turn up week after week and sit with someone who is genuinely interested in you and listens to you carefully and deeply without an agenda of their own, then you can begin to see a real-life change.
It could easily be the greatest investment you'll ever make!
